The apartment is located on cobbled Lai Street, just 200 meters from Raekoja Plats (City Hall Square),which is the very center of Old Town. Fully furnished and ready for a group of friends or a large family.
All furniture is brand new, we’ve just finished dressing it in May 2013.There’s a king size (180×200) bed in the larger bedroom and a queen-size (160×200) in the smaller one.

The couch downstairs expands into another very large double bed.
The kitchen has all the dishes and utensils, a dishwasher, coffeemachine and teapot.There’s no elevator, but the apartment is only 10 stairs up – on first and second floors.
All windows face a quiet gated courtyard, Wifi and cable TV included. Just outside the gate,in the same building, is a great Italian trattoria Il Gallo Nero – highly recommended for both food and wine!
There’s a number of other bars and restaurants nearby, and Tallinn City Theater is just across the street.The airport is only a 10-minute drive away, and you can walk to the railway station in less than 10 minutes!
